There are two beaches west of the village at a distance of about 4 kilometers from it. Access to them is via a rural road that ends at the picturesque church of Agios Ioannis.

The beaches are located on both sides of the church, Lazes on the right and Lampagiannas on the left, each has its own special characteristics but both have wonderful waters.

Lazes beach

The main feature of the beach is the pebbles and tamarisks, at the beginning the pebbles are relatively small but towards the end, on the northern side, they are larger. At the end of the beach, which also has the name "Kokkinochomata", water gushes from the mountain, which makes the sea water particularly cold.

Lampagianna beach

This beach is mainly characterized by the fine sand that it has for the most part both outside and in the sea. An ancient settlement was discovered under the sea about 50 meters from the coast, and by swimming one can see some remains of buildings.

From the end of the beach, towards the south, begins the path that ends after about 20 minutes of relatively easy hiking at the prehistoric Fraghthi cave.
